1. Submit Your InquiryComplete the inquiry form with details about your project, including the type of content, estimated word count, timeline, and what you'd like support with. The more context you provide, the better I can tailor my recommendations.

2. Discovery & Project ConsultationWe'll meet to discuss your project, audience, voice, goals, and desired outcome. Together, we'll determine the level of editorial support that best fits your needs.

3. Proposal & Project ConfirmationAfter our consultation, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining the scope of work, editing level, timeline, pricing, and any recommended add-on services. Once approved, your project is officially booked.

4. Editorial ReviewI'll carefully review your content, making edits directly within the document and providing full revisions when requested. My focus is to strengthen clarity, flow, organization, readability, and consistency while preserving your unique voice.

5. DeliveryYou'll receive your edited document along with any editorial notes or recommendations. You'll have the opportunity to review every suggested edit and decide which changes you'd like to accept before publication.

6. Additional RevisionsIf you'd like a second editorial pass after you've revised your content, you can book an additional round of editing. This is ideal for projects that undergo significant revisions after the initial edit, or for clients who would like continued editorial support before publishing.

FAQ

Will you rewrite my content?My goal is to strengthen your writing, not replace it. While all projects involve suggestions through tracked changes and comments so you remain in control of your work, I find my full revisions offer the best insight and value.

Do you use AI to edit?No. Every project is reviewed and edited by me personally. I don't outsource my editorial decisions to AI. Each suggestion is based on careful reading, thoughtful analysis, and an understanding of your goals, audience, and unique voice.

How much does editing cost?Because every project is different, pricing is customized based on scope, word count, and the level of editorial support required. After our consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining pricing before any work begins.

Can I request another round of edits?Yes. If you've made revisions after receiving your edited draft and would like another editorial review before publishing, you can book an additional round of editing as an add-on service. If you are on retainer, this service is included.

What if I have multiple ongoing projects?If you regularly publish content, you don't have to submit each project individually. While I love editing, nothing brings me greater fulfillment than making someone feel heard and understood.In my free time, I teach yoga, love to cook, and am usually listening to an audiobook if a physical book is not in my hand.
